• Chilled products will be carefully packaged in insulated polystyrene boxes with special polar ice packs.
• Ambient product will packaged in a standard hamper cardboard box.
• They packs will be delivered by An Post in standard post vehicles.
• You will receive the tracking number of you item(s) once the package has been shipped.
• Please not for this reason orders made over after 4pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday (or Tuesday if it is a bank holiday).
• Chilled product will not be shipped to an Irish address on a Friday as this would impede on quality.
• Chilled product will not be shipped to an address in the UK after Wednesday. Please bear this in mind when planning an order.
